1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jilispins online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support offered through jilispins.app (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jilispins reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the jilispins Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of jilispins or any of our game providers, payment processors, or related entities.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. jilispins reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jilispins Platform, you must create a user account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify jilispins immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with jilispins. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. jilispins reserves the right to verify your identity and close duplicate accounts at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jilispins accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

You agree that all funds deposited into your jilispins account are your own, obtained legally, and not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. jilispins reserves the right to request proof of source of funds and to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24-48 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and compliance checks. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.

Before processing a withdrawal, jilispins may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if verification is incomplete or if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review. jilispins reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected Terms violations, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or any other form of fraudulent or unfair play.

4.3 Fees

jilispins does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilispins offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements or violation of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. jilispins reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or exclude players from future promotions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus hunters, and players using automated systems or coordinated strategies to exploit bonuses may have their accounts closed and funds forfeited.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jilispins Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game and on the Platform.

You agree to play all games in accordance with their published rules. jilispins is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or technical issues with games provided by third-party providers. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void, and affected players will be refunded their original stake.

jilispins reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close accounts if we detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any other form of unfair play or advantage play.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the jilispins Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account without authorization.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate or exploit the Platform or games.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform or any game.
• Abuse bonuses or promotions through coordinated play, bonus hunting, or other exploitative strategies.

• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or jilispins systems.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilispins Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of jilispins or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

jilispins collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilispins will never sell your personal information to third parties. In no event shall jilispins's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

jilispins reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be closed).
• At your request.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. jilispins will return any remaining account balance to you, minus any amounts owed to us, provided your account is in good standing and you have complied with all verification requirements. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jilispins customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

14. Amendments

jilispins reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
